Dr. James D. Wilets is a Professor of Law at Nova Southeastern University and is Chair of the Inter-American Center for Human Rights. He received his M.A. in International Relations from Yale University. He also worked as visiting Assistant Professor at University of Miami School of Law, Florida. He held several positions at law related institutes. He writes extensively on constitutional and international law issues. He wrote books, book chapters and published many articles. He had also given many Scholarly Presentations.
Dr. James D. Wilets teaches in the areas of International Law, Constitutional Law, Comparative Law, Human Rights, Gender and the Law, and European Union Law.
