Editorial board guidelines
- The role and contribution of the Editorial Board (EB) is critical to the success of every Scholarena journal.
- EB members are welcome to share ideas and suggestions that maintain standards and support growth of the journal.
- EB members should encourage the submission of quality articles by inviting authors to the corresponding journal.
- EB members determine whether a submitted manuscript is appropriate for the journal's scope.
- EB members may select reviewers using multiple sources — personal recommendations, web databases, published choices.
- EB members monitor the peer review process and take steps to ensure the review meets a high standard.
- Communicate with reviewers regularly according to their availability and provide clear instructions for maintaining journal quality.
- Recommend acceptance or rejection of articles considered for publication to the journal editor.
- Reviewers are asked to complete a review within 14 days of accepting the invitation.
- If an article is not suitable for publication, the editor will inform the authors along with the reviewers' comments.
Scholars who hold Associate Professor or Professor affiliation (or equivalent profile) are eligible to join the editorial board.
