I Started work with the Federal Polytechnic, Idah, since 1994 where I have risen to the post of a Chief Lecturer. Currently I am the Head of Department of the Department of Food Science and Technology, Federal Polytechnic, Idah, Kogi State, Nigeria. I have published many articles in both local and international journals. I have also attended and presented papers in many national and international conferences. I have reviewed manuscripts for many international journals. I serve as an Academic Editor to the European Journal of Nutrition and Food Safety. I was a former Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Applied Science and the Environment – a local Journal that I developed for our Polytechnic.
