Dr. Shih-Min Hsia is currently working as Associate Professor in the School of Nutrition and Health Sciences at Taipei Medical University. He was educated in Taiwan at the National Taiwan University. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in food science and technology from the National Taiwan University. He has won numerous awards, medals, and honors, including best post award form Health Food Society of Taiwan.
Dr. Shih-Min Hsia’s research interests focus on female reproduction and functional food, functional food chemistry and cancer chemoprevention with dietary phytochemicals bioactivity.
