Andreea Stanila is Professor of Biochemistry and Food Chemistry at University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She is involved within the fields of amino acids complexation with biometals, analysis of biologically active compounds such polyphenolic compounds, proteins, vitamins in plants, valorification of different by-products, from the food industry (molasses, brewer’s yeast) and functional innovative food products.
