Dr. Bilal Ahmad Bhat, is currently working as Associate Professor (Statistics) in Faculty of Fisheries, SKUAST-Kashmir. Dr. Bilal Ahmad was earlier working in Mathematics & Statistics Department, University of Kashmir and in SKUAST-Jammu as Assistant Professor (Statistics) before joining SKUAST-Kashmir
Dr. Bilal Ahmad Bhat has participated and presented a number of research works in various national/international conferences. He has more than 15 years of experience in teaching/research. He also published more than 130 research papers in various scholarly Journals of repute and has guided a number of research scholars for their PhD programme.
Dr. Bilal Ahmad Bhat fields of research are probability theory, information theory and applied statistics.
