Dr. Andrej V Plotnikov is currently working as a Professor of Department “Information Technology and Applied Mathematics”, Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Ukraine. He completed his Ph.D (differential equations) from Kharkov State University, Ukraine and D.Sc. (differential equations and optimal control) from Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy Science of Ukraine in 1988 and 1995, respectively.
Andrej V Plotnikov he served as an editorial board member of many journals and he is written by so many articles. He is reviewer of Mathematical Reviews and Zentralblatt
