Dr. Huchang Liao is currently working as a Research Fellow, Business School, Sichuan University, and China. He received his Ph.D. in University of Granada (Spain) Information & Communication Technologies.
Dr. Huchang Liao as authored/co-authored over 40 technical papers published in refereed international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Information Sciences, and Knowledge-Based Systems etc. Nine of his papers have been selected as ESI Highly Cited Papers and two of them have been selected as ESI Hot Papers. He serves as a member of editorial board member. He is published in many articles. He serves as a reviewer for more international journals
