Dr. Ashish Gupta has substantial experience as post-doctoral fellow and Research Associate, The Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine; Department of Radiology and Cardiology, Baltimore, MD, USA and Assistant Professor Centre of Biomedical Research, Lucknow, India. He did his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the King George’s Medical University. He is reviewer of various journals including Circulation, PLOS one, JPBA, CCA, etc. He has published 40 research articles/book chapters at international repute. He also got several international awards from various scientific societies and is a lifetime member of International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine, California, USA, and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Society, Bangalore, India.
Dr. Ashish Gupta’s field of interest is the NMR derived metabolomics and proteo-metabolomics in the area of cardiology and urological cancer.
Current focus of Research interest:
1. Determination of prognostic biomarkers for coronary artery disease using metabolomics approach.
2. Early biomarkers identification of urological cancer using proteometabolomics approach.
