Dr. Michael Zhuo Wang, Assistant Professor, received his B.S. degree from Peking University (Beijing, China) and Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from Duke University (Durham, North Carolina, USA). Before joining University of Kansas (Lawrence, Kansas, USA) as a tenure-track Assistant Professor, he became a Research Assistant Professor at the Eshelman School of Pharmacy, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (NC, USA), and completed his postdoctoral research there as well. His research interests focus on pharmaceutical analysis; drug metabolism/induction and pharmacokinetics; drug delivery/biotechnology; drug discovery for parasitic infections.
