Dr. Majstorovic is currently working as an Adjunct Associate Professor in the department of Pediatric Dentistry at New York University, New york, USA. She was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship in 2008 and it was at that time that she began her affiliation with New York University. She is active in many professional organizations, including both the European and American Academies of Pediatric Dentistry. Her permanent full-time position is as a pediatric dentist and Clinical Full Professor, School of Dental Medicine University of Zagreb and University Hospital Center Zagreb, Croatia, EU.
Dr. Majstorovic’s research is focused on related fields of Periodontology, Prosthodontics, Epidemiological examination of the oral health status in different child populations, Oral aspects of different systemic diseases, Possibilities of caries prevention in different risk populations, and Tooth erosion and dentin caries with special interest of the possibilities of remineralisation.
