Dr. Xu Zeng is a surgical and Consultant pathologist with responsibility for review of Medical Kidney Disease and Kidney/pancreas transplantation cases in Temple University and from outside institutions throughout the United State of America. Prior to this he worked as Associate Professor at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He is acting as Attending Pathologist and also as Director of Electron microscopy service at Temple University Hospital. He is a member of many professional societies related to pathology. He published many articles, case reports and abstracts.
Dr. Xu Zeng's research interests are in diagnosis of medical kidney disease and its implications in patient management. His current research concerns proliferative glomerulonephritis, including IgA nephropathy and membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis. He is also interested in organ transplantation pathology. In particular, he is interested in long term follow up patients pathological changes.
