Dr. Dalia Gamil Aseel is currently working as an Associate Professor in Plant Protection and Bimolecular Diagnosis Department, Arid Lands Cultivation Research Institute (ALCRI), City of Scientific Research and Technological Applications (SRTA, City), Borg EL-Arab city, Alexandria, Egypt. She received her Ph.D. (2015) and M.Sc. (2010) in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology & Virology and B. Sc. (2004) in Genetics from Alexandria University, Egypt. She has laboratory experience on Molecular Genetics Techniques, Serological Techniques, and Polyclonal Antibody Production. She has published articles in scientific journals and written three books. She received Best Poster (2015 and 2017) and Achievement Award and got some certifications for her excellence. She is a member of the Egyptian Society for the biological control of pests, Arab Society for Fungal Conversation and Society of Plant Pathology. She organizes workshops and participated in international and national conferences. She serves as an editorial board member for scientific journals.
