Dr. Salman Azhar Is presently working as a Professor in the Division of Endocrinology, ​Gerontology and Metabolism, at Stanford University School of Medicine, and also working as Associate Director for Research at Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Centers, United States. He has received Senior Research Career Scientist Award from Medical Research Service, United States. He is the responsible member in several American societies. He is serving as an Editorial board member for several scientific journals. He has authored number of peer reviewed articles published in international journals.
Dr. Salman Azhar’s research interest includes Endocrinology, Gerontology, Microarray analysis of gene expression in liver, steroidogenic cells, Cell-specific polymorphism, and Metabolism.
