Haifaa Malaekah is an assistant Professor at Surgery, a general and colorectal surgical consultant at King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital “KAAUH”, at Princess Nourah University “PNU”. He is a chairperson of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Unit at KAAUH and also member of the Saudi Society for Colon & Rectal Surgery, 2017 to present. He is a chairperson for the 3rd year surgical section, Medical College and member in European society of colorectal surgery, 2019 June till present.
Haifaa Malaekah worked as Director of postgraduate and development. He completed a 5-year general surgery residency-training program and was certified as a general surgeon in King Abdulaziz Medical City, Riyadh. In addition, he obtained a Master's degree in Epidemiology and Medical Statistics. He accomplished 2-Y of fellowship in colorectal surgery at 2015, University de Montreal and a 1-year fellowship in surgical simulation, McGill University, Canada. He continued working at McGill University as a postdoctoral fellow for 6 months.
Haifaa Malaekah research interests include medical education, simulation, and researches. And also eager to use my skill and knowledge in research and improving medical education.
