Dr. Shimaa Ahmed Ibrahim Amer is working as Assistant Professor of Nutrition and Clinical Nutrition, Department of Nutrition and Clinical Nutrition, Faculty of Veterinary medicine, Zagazig University, Egypt. He did his ​PhD in Zagazig University, Egypt. He has many publications in peer reviewed journals.
