Dr. Javier Garcia-Lomillo completed his PhD Advances in Food Science and Biotechnology, University of Burgos, Spain with a high volume of publications in first-quartile journals, a patent, and a book chapter; being his research awarded by several academic institutions. He has been granted several scholarships that allowed to develop his project management skills. He received many best European patent by young researcher 2013, best MSc thesis presented in United Kingdom 2011, National Award for the Outstanding Graduate of the Year 2010, etc. Part of his research was developed in international universities, reaching in all of them successful results. Along with his research activities, he also develops his teaching skills in the Food Science grade.
Dr. Javier Garcia-Lomillo’s research interest includes Food Science and technology, antioxidants, Applications of winemaking residues.
