Dr. Alexander N. Chumakov is a Professor and Chair of Department of Philosophy, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Russia. He received his doctorate from Institute of Social Sciences in 1991. He is a member of many of professional associations and societies. He is acting as Editor in chief and as Editorial Board member for peer reviewed journals. He has several publications in scientific publications.
