Dr. Yu-Chung Chang is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Changhua University of Education, Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Michigan. He has many publications in peer reviewed journals.
Dr. Yu-Chung Chang’s research interests include ultrafast laser spectroscopy, fiber-optic sensors, in vivo biosensing, and Nanobiotechnology.
