Dr. Ze Jia is working as Associate Professor in the School of Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He received Ph.D. degree with honor from Tsinghua University and worked as Assistant Professor at the same university. He served as the member of Editorial Board for some academic journals and the member of Technical Program Committee for some academic conferences. He has been invited to review near 50 manuscripts by the editors for 17 academic journals or conferences. He also has memberships of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the American Chemical Society (ACS) and the Materials Research Society (MRS) and has been upgraded to the Senior Member of IEEE since 2013.
Dr. Ze Jia’s research experiences focuses on fields such as nonvolatile devices and circuits, novel TFT devices, sensors, mechanisms and structures for functional materials. His current research interests also include reliability technologies applied in communication and storage systems and biosensors.
