Dr. Wafaa Mohamed Haggag is currently working as Professor in the Department of Plant Pathology, Agricultural and Biological Research Division, National Research Center, Egypt. She also serves as head of the patent officer, National Research Center, Egypt. She received her M.Sc. & Ph. D. in the Department of Plant Pathology, Agricultural Faculty, Ain Shams University, Egypt. Previously she served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Plant Pathology, National Research Centre, Egypt.
Dr. Wafaa Mohamed Haggag received many awards and honors. She also won national and international Prizes based on her research work. She had Presidency and membership of honorary offices and committees at the National Research Center, Egypt. Membership of local councils and committees and she also had Membership of International Committees and Alliances, Member in International Societies and Databases. She has patents around 7. She is serving as editorial board member, reviewer for many scientific journals. She attended and served as Chairperson of National and International Conferences. She is Chairperson and Head of International Workshop. She authored several national and international books and published numerous articles in scientific journals.
