Prof. John T Nwangwu is a public health doctor with expertise in infectious diseases and epidemiology. He is a consultant at the World Health Organization and a professor at both Yale University and Southern Connecticut State University. Dr. Nwangwu has held faculty appointments in several Universities and was appointed to the full rank of professor with tenure in 1995. He has held appointments in the hospitals as, Director for Tropical Disease Clinic, and Director for Epidemiology and Infectious Disease Services. Dr. Nwangwu has also held appointments in the Public health departments as, Chief Epidemiologist, and Director for Epidemiology and Data Management.
Prof. John T Nwangwu's research interest includes Tropical Disease, Epidemiology and Infectious Disease Pathology.
