Dr. Ossai is a Lecturer in the Department of Community Medicine, College of Health Sciences, Ebonyi State University Abakaliki and an Honorary Public Health Physician with Federal Teaching Hospital Abakaliki, Nigeria. He is presently the Assistant Secretary General of the Association of Public Health Physicians of Nigeria. He received MBBS degree from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria, and MSc degree in Epidemiology and Medical Statistics also from the University of Ibadan and an MPH degree from the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus. He is also a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians (Community Health).
Dr. Ossai has published many articles in reputable journals and has reviewed several manuscripts for local and International journals.
Research interest includes Health systems, Maternal health, Disease control, Adolescent Health and Medical education.
