Dr. Athanasia Papazafiropoulou presently working as a consultant in 1st Department of Internal Medicine and Center of Diabetes, General Hospital of Nikaia “Ag. Panteleimon”, Piraeus, Greece. She is a member of professional medical societies. She is a co-authored seventy-nine Greek Handbooks and has published many articles in national and international journals.
Dr. Athanasia Papazafiropoulou’s research interest includes, doxycycline uses, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, metabolic syndrome, Diabetic Nephropathy, Hypertension and Lipid Disorders, etc.
