Dr. Neha Singla is working as Assistant Professor (Adhoc) in the Department of Biophysics at Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. she completed her B.Sc. (Hons.), M.Sc. (Hons.) and Ph.D. from the Department of Biophysics, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. She was a University Grants Commission Fellow and INSPIRE-Fellow during her Ph.D. and later joined as Demonstrator at Post Graduate Institute of Medical Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh.
Dr. Neha Singla has been selected for a prestigious INSPIRE Faculty position, in February 2017 which is funded by Government of India. She also served as a Vice Chair for Young Scientist Steering Committee of International Society of Neurochemistry (YSSC-ISN) from 2015 to 2017. She is a recipient of prestigious Young Investigator Scholarship Award by Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation, U.S.A for her innovative research in the field of Alzheimer’s. She has published many research articles widely in these fields.
Dr. Neha Singla’s research span areas including the metals induced toxicity, neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer.
