Dr. James Michael Hardin is presently working as a provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Samford University and also working as a professor in Quantitative Analysis in the same university. Until 2015 he worked as a dean at University of Alabama, United States. He received his Ph.D. in Applied Statistics from the University of Alabama. He is the member in some professional and scholarly organizations. He has elected in 2011 as Fellow of the American Statistical Association and also the recipient of several honors for his excellence. He is serving as Editorial board member in several international scientific journals.
Dr. James Michael Hardin’s research interest includes Statistical issues in Business Analytics, Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery, health and healthcare organization data analysis, marketing organizations, database marketing, credit scoring, and financial risk management, statistical issues in the design of experiments, time series analysis, simulation, and statistical computing and education.
