Dr. Ievgeniia Kushch is presently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and also working as Physician-Scientist in the Department of Pediatrics, Institute for Children and Adolescents Health Care of NAMS, Ukraine. She has received her Ph.D. in Pediatrics from Kharkiv Medical Academy for Postgraduate Education of MoH, Ukraine. She is the recipient of several awards and grants for her excellence in the field of pediatrics. She has the membership in several international professional societies. She owns 5 patents and has authored number of peer reviewed articles and book chapters were published in scientific journals.
Dr. Ievgeniia Kushch’s research interest includes Pediatric Gastroenterology, Pediatric Nutrition, Pediatric Nursing and special interest in Breath Gas Analysis for noninvasive clinical diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring of peptic ulcer and chronic atrophic gastritis in children and adolescents for early prevention of gastric cancer.
