Dr. Hong Jin Kim is presently working as Member of Technical Staff (MTS) in the Department of Advanced Module Engineering at Global foundries, United States. Until 2015 he worked as a Principal Engineer in the same Department. He received his Ph.D. 2007 from the Ohio State University, United States. He has received several honors and awards for his excellence in research. He is serving as an Editorial board member and Reviewer for many international scientific journals. He has authored number of articles were published in international journals.
Dr. Hong Jin Kim’s research interest includes semiconductor processing, contamination free manufacturing, chemical mechanical polishing, and materials aspect of multi-scale tribology.
