Dr. Murugan Ramalingam is presently working as a Professor in Centre for Stem Cell Research at Christian Medical College Campus, India. He is also working as an Associate Professor at University of Strasbourg, France and Adjunct Professor at the Tohoku University, Japan. He received his Ph.D. in Biomaterials from the University of Madras. He has organized several international conferences and chaired Biomaterials, Nano biotechnology, Stem Cells and Tissue Engineering sessions. He is serving as Editor-in-Chief and Editorial board member of multiple biomaterials and tissue engineering-related journals. He is the recipient of several prestigious fellowships and awards. He is the author of over 270 publications, including peer-reviewed journal papers, conference proceedings, book chapters, authored books, edited books, and own patents. His current-index is 30 with over 6200 citations.
Dr. Murugan Ramalingam’s research interest includes Stem cell differentiation, Cell patterning, Interface tissue engineering, Biomaterials, and Biomolecular delivery.
