Dr. Bruno Peixoto is currently working as assistant professor in the Department of Science at University Institute of Health Sciences, Portugal. He obtained Doctorate in Psychology (Neurosciences branch) at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Oviedo- Spain, with the work: “Executive functioning in hepatic dysfunction. Evidences of prefrontal affectation in hepatic cirrhosis and hepatitis C (2006)”. He had authored many scientific articles published in peer reviewed journals.
Dr. Bruno Peixoto’s research interest includes Neurosciences, Neuropsychology, Aging, Dementia, Neuropsychology of medical conditions.
