Dr. Mostafa Ibrahim-Ahmed Waly is presently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, College of Agricultural and Marine Sciences, at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman. He received his PhD Bouvè College of Health Sciences, Northeastern University, USA. He received many awards and he is a member of professional associations. He has numerous publications in peer reviewed articles.
