Dr. Chi-Hao Wu is currently working as Assistant Professor in the School of Nutrition and Health Sciences at Taipei Medical University. He received his Ph.D. in Food Science and Biotechnology from National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan in 2009. He received Outstanding Research Award for Best Conference Paper from International Society for Nutraceuticals & Functional Foods. He continued with postdoctoral research at the National Chung Hsing University, and then moved to the Taichung Veterans General Hospital to study the negative effects of dietary glycotoxins on the development of cancer.
Dr. Chi-Hao Wu’s research interests focus on glycotoxin biology, functional food chemistry and bioactivity, and cancer chemoprevention with dietary phytochemicals.
